Great Gateway Generator Features
GGG allows customization of 34 (Freeware versions) or 48+ (Full versions) features.
The main features are accessible from the regular menus, Steps 1 to 4. The features in Step 5 are read from a .dat file. The .dat file is in a simple text format, and can be edited with Notepad or other word processor. The aspect of the final pages depends on the templates used for generation, as selected from the dat file or the Template Editor. The templates have the .htm extension and can be edited with any tool, taking care of leaving the non-HTML Tags in place, because they guide the generation process.

This is one example of templates pages, where the elements are structured in a table, and the 5 different page types are named: first, sec, rand, smap and id. These names stand for First Level, Second Level, Random and Sitemap. id are the index pages in the hosts defined in Step 4. They are not named index.htm to avoid colliding with eventual existing index pages. |
Notice and Disclaimer:
GGG has several customizable features. It is not "amazingly simple to use". It would be impossible to properly customize pages without asking some questions.
It does not include extra utilities like FTP o spelling checker. Gateway pages are critical to your commercial success and deserve a dedicated program.
We did not care to include "automatic submission to a zillion FFAs". You and I know it does not help.
It does not focus on any Search Engine other than Google. Google is the leader and several others follow his rules.
